工业冷水机主要应用于塑料加工机械成型的模具冷却，能够大大提高塑料制品表面光泽度，减少塑料制品表面纹痕和内应力，使产品不缩小、不变形，便于塑料制品的脱模，加速产品定型，从而极大地提高塑料成型机的生产效率。

冷水机被广泛应用于塑胶、电镀、电子、化工、制药、印刷、食品加工等各种工业冷冻制程需使用冷冻水的领域。分为水冷式冷水机和风冷式冷水机。

Product Introduction

Industrial chiller is mainly applied in plastic processing machine industry; it can increase surface flatness of plastic product, reduce surface marks and interior stress, can be used to product not shrink and no deformation, easy to mold unloading of plastic, accelerate product design and improve the production efficiency.

They are also widely used in plastic, electroplate, electronics industry, chemical industry, pharmacy, print and food processing. Industrial Chiller is divided into water  cooler chiller and air cooler chiller.

水冷式冷水机

1、金炜选用全新进口品牌压缩机和高效壳管式冷凝器，蒸发器组合，超强制冷，低噪音、节能省电。

2、标准R22冷媒，可选环保冷媒R407C、R134A、R410A、R404A。

3、微电脑控制，精确度+1℃，操作简便。

8、多功能操作面板上装有电流表，控制系统保险，压缩机、水泵开关按钮,故障自动报警，自检信号输出。

5、Stainless water tank, built-in automatic water replenishing in evaporator, leave out install expansion tank, easy for cleaning and installation. it is good to be used in special occasion of large temperature difference and small flow.

7、Have current overload and multi-protection devices ensure the unit running safely.

8、Ammeter, control system insurance, compressor、pump switch button, automatic fault alarm, self checking signal output.
